Dr. Marshall was raised in Osgood just northwest of Idaho Falls by his parents Gary and Ramona Marshall. After graduating from Skyline High School he attended Ricks College and then served an LDS mission in Taiwan. Upon his return he married Pauline Andrus, daughter of Doug and Deanna Andrus. He completed his undergraduate work in chemical engineering at BYU-Provo and worked at the Idaho National Laboratory in research and development for four years before returning to medical school.

 

Dr. Marshall completed medical school at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, internship at Utah Valley Family Medicine in Provo, Utah, and residency in Dermatology at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. Marshall is Rexburg’s only Board Certified Dermatologist.

 

Dr. Marshall and Pauline have 7 daughters and 2 sons. Despite family and career responsibilities he still finds a little time to hunt, fish and enjoy the outdoors.
