Dr. Gene Gates has been practicing Pediatrics in Rexburg, Idaho since June, 1992. He is originally from Louisiana. His medical education was from LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. His interests include all areas of Pediatric care and Neonatology. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and has done a fellowship in Neonatology.
Besides his interest in medicine, Dr. Gates plays guitar, violin, and mandolin. He enjoys nature photography and fly fishing. Dr. Gates is married and has 2 children.
