Visitor Information
Visiting hours are generally allowed from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm daily. Please, check with a nurse if other arrangements need to be made. Large groups are discouraged, especially in smaller and semi-private rooms. If you desire more privacy, please let your attending nurse know. (Visiting in the Intensive Care Unit is dependent on the patient’s condition and at the discretion of the on duty nurse. Please see the ICU rules here.)
Food
Food may be brought into the hospital for patient consumption with the consent from the patient’s physician. Visitors may take their meals into patient rooms; however, we request that all items discarded (wrappers, leftovers, etc.) be removed from the patient’s room. The Paragon Café is open for use by your friends and families. For hours of operation and details about their services, please see their page here.
Waiting Areas
Waiting areas are located in the front lobby, on the second floor just outside the elevator, and on the third floor between the Mother Baby Unit and the Labor and Delivery Unit. The chapel and the ER lobby can also be used as waiting areas. Please, check with a nurse regarding more private areas.

Our Gift Shop, located in the main lobby of the hospital, is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All Gift Shop proceeds are donated back to the hospital. Area citizens volunteer their time in running the Gift Shop. Visit their page for full details about their products and services.
Medical Records
If patients need to find personal medical information contained in their medical record, they can visit our Health Information Management Department on the second floor near the Paragon Café. A copy of their records can then be released to them when the patient signs the proper release form and pays a nominal processing fee. For additional details, please see their page here.
